Andaz, which means "personal style" in Hindi, has come to represent the independent thinker who's traveling for business or pleasure. The design for the hotel blurs the line between interior and exterior spaces, by using natural materials and creating a seamless elegance throughout.
This project was realized by renovating an existing building and sky pool deck. The public spaces such as the rooftop terrace with pool, daybed seating and panoramic views are a primary focus at Andaz.
All the plants at the site are low water materials and were sourced locally. Drip irrigation and reservoir pot systems were also designed and incorporated to reduce the use of water.
