:: The master plan concept for this community college campus focuses on distinct campus "clusters"; groups of buildings connected to an exterior space to create defined areas.
:: The main goal of the master plan was to design a campus landscape that reinforces a hillside experience (views, vegetation, wildlife) and that creates outdoor space for a diverse set of academic, social, and community uses.
:: A unique feature is a "Living Wall" to be used to connect the upper and lower areas of the campus. By using a series of ramps, stairs, and meeting places, people can travel through the "wall" to get to another area.
