:: Site design completes a box-shaped space with the building at the center, utilizing rows of tall palms, bamboo, geometric paving and planting patterns, channels of reused crushed glass, vine-covered trellises, and a circle of boulders at the building's entrance.

:: Site is irrigated with gray water, reducing the project's demand for resources.
