SOUTH PARK STREETSCAPE

:: The redesign of a city block in the South Park area represents the first new residential neighborhood in downtown Los Angeles in twenty years. The block is made up of many innovative projects, including three mixed-use LEED-certified towers and myriad outdoor public and private environments.

:: Pedestrian-friendly areas and streetscape upgrades introduced wide sidewalks, lush drought-resistant plantings, shade trees, and storm water infiltration planters serving as bio-swales.
