:: A new facility for the environmental organization TreePeople’s headquarters at Coldwater Canyon Park.

:: Focuses on the natural cycles of hydrology and energy, while reinforcing the concepts of sustainability through the use of California natives and drought-tolerant plants. Follows LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) design guidelines established by the U.S. Building Council.

:: Uses recycled on-site building and plant materials and rainwater captured from the parking lot and roofs that is stored in cisterns and re-circulated through the site.
