Westfield Santa Anita is an open-air retail center built on top of a two level parking structure. Opened in Spring 2009, the mall's outdoor environment includes exotic plants, enhanced paving, kiosks, fountains, and other features intended to enrich the retail experience.
AHBE used succulent plants, palms and fountains to create a lush oasis for shoppers. Elements made of wood, stone, steel, and poured-in-place aggregate concrete support a design that celebrates the region's rich art and architectural history.
