A seasoned landscape architect who opens opportunities for innovative collaborations, Wendy is experienced in all stages of a project, from initial design through construction administration.

Andrea Klein, ASLA, RLA, LEED Green Associate

Andrea Klein brings over 20 years of experience in Landscape Architectural Design, Master Planning, Urban Design and Project Management. She has extensive experience in project management on large mixed-use projects, both internationally and in the United States. With experience in the construction and maintenance of projects, she provides innovative solutions to the technical challenges that can arise in complex projects. Her professional experience covers a wide range of projects — including Civic, Education, Mixed-Use Commercial, Multi-Family Residential, Theme Parks, Hospitality and Transportation/Infrastructure.

Susan Miller, Marketing Manager

Susan Miller has extensive experience as a business development and marketing professional for the A/E/C industry. Having worked for a number of large architectural and engineering firms in major markets, such New York and Los Angeles, Susan understands the fast-paced, intense environments under which our profession operates, and its demands on meeting deadlines while delivering well-designed urban spaces. She works closely with the firm leadership to develop strategies for project pursuits, strengthening client relationships, building new business contacts, and developing strong brand identity. 

Jennifer Salazar, RLA, ASLA

A licensed landscape architect and project manager, Jennifer Salazar has worked to improve the Los Angeles urban environment through landscape infrastructure and infill projects. Her experience with complete streets, public transit corridors, retail and open space brings a wealth of knowledge to public and private projects. Jennifer provides a full breadth of understanding to each project, from planning and conceptual design through construction documentation and administration.

Darren Shirai, RLA, ASLA

Darren Shirai has been practicing landscape architecture for over twenty years, with experience on a range of projects located in Southern California and internationally. His award-winning designs integrate a unique multi–disciplinary point of view that provides consideration for each community’s social, cultural, and economic factors. Having led the design of numerous projects, he has developed the critical observation and decision-making skills necessary for delivering environmentally-sensitive solutions for urban projects of all sizes and scope of work. 

Donna Thompson, Accounting and Operations Manager

Donna Thompson oversees the daily operations for the Los Angeles office. She is an experienced human resources professional, bookkeeper, and business administrator. Her years of training with companies of diverse size and business focus have made her a knowledgeable and respected member of our team. She is a person of great integrity and attention to detail, providing accounting support and client services to help the studio operate effectively. 




Jennifer Zell, RLA, ASLA

Jennifer Zell is interested in the integration of natural processes and cultural systems through landscape architecture. Her experience includes the design and planning of a broad range of civic and private spaces, from residential and commercial landscapes to public open spaces. Jennifer is also a writer, with published articles in Landscape Architecture Magazine and Urban Land.
