MGA Entertainment Campus

Chatsworth, California

Client: MGA North LLC
Architect: Killefer Flammang Architects

Toy maker MGA Entertainment is relocating its headquarters on a 24-acre site in Chatsworth. The campus, which is branded as "24", will be a mixed use development which includes the MGA Entertainment headquarters building (formerly a Los Angeles Times newspaper printing plant), other offices, residential buildings, retail, and outdoor spaces that support a work-live-play environment.

The landscape design creates a diversity of spaces for individual uses and larger events. Four hubs are incorporated into the landscape design: retail corner, transit plaza, main corporate entry plaza, and a central shared open space. An interpretive loop trail, adjacent to a stormwater channel, provides a place for exercise and education about plants and water processes.
